I had lower eyelid fat relocation surgery a year ago. I was scared of sedation, so I had it under local anesthesia, and this director mostly does surgery under local anesthesia. If you have a lot of fat bulging under your eyes, this might be okay. I had it because my under-eye hollows bothered me, and that part didn’t improve much, but the bulging fat side turned out well!!
