I consulted almost last after going through several hospitals. At first, the doctor only talked about his own points and cut me off when I asked questions, so I was dissatisfied with the consultation, but after a second consultation I was able to understand thanks to a thorough explanation. I consulted with the director first, then with the manager, and I was only briefly told the possible date, time, and cost, and then I had to decide immediately whether I would have the surgery. Not a very kind type. I can't have the surgery this time because of my personal circumstances, but I definitely want to have surgery with him next time.
