I had nose surgery. I asked about osteotomy because my nose was a little big, but they said I didn’t need it. They recommended only the parts that were actually necessary. I brought in a celebrity photo, but they said no when something wasn’t possible. They have pride in their work. It doesn’t feel like an assembly-line clinic. Five years after the surgery, I went back once for a follow-up, and they took good care of me.
