The director seems extremely professional and tries to explain things in an easy way. They tell you exactly what you need to know. I liked that they didn’t just say it would definitely go well, but explained it realistically. I had high expectations after watching YouTube, but the consultation was good. If you have very severe eye concerns, I think this would be a good place to go.
