This was the second hospital I went to for a consultation! I made a reservation and visited that same day, and the wait time was appropriate. The info staff, the manager who consulted with me, and the main director, Dr. Kim, were all kind! I don’t have much experience with consultations, and after hearing so many stories in other consultation reviews about people being treated rudely and feeling upset, I thought I might get hurt if they reacted too coldly, but there was absolutely none of that and I was able to have a comfortable consultation!
