Direct consultation with the surgeon, very kind. Not a factory-style clinic. Operates as a private clinic. The staff seem a bit lacking in professionalism. (Probably depends on the person) But the staff are very kind. I think the surgeon's skill is in the top tier among average, above average, and below average. Overall, I would rate it above 4.0.
