The doctor carefully reads the questionnaire I filled out before the consultation and understands my needs. Afterwards, they take photos with an iPad and show me a sketch of how things will change. Then they explain the surgery process in detail. They tell me what materials will be used, how the surgery will be done, post-op care, and so on. They are cynical, but not in a bad way at all. I liked that they pointed out only the necessary parts very clearly. When I told them about the nose problems I'd been thinking about, they also gave me an objective opinion! I had a lot of questions and worries, so I asked about all sorts of things, but they answered clearly, which reduced my anxiety a lot. After that, I talked with the coordinator about the cost and that was it. It was unusual that the director handled all the consultation from the start. The director seemed very confident about the surgery, and overall I was satisfied!
