I went to consult twice, and each time there was a wait and patients who had already had surgery. The director was as cold as expected, but he answered all the questions when I asked about the parts I was worried about. I think it would be good to prepare questions in advance. He asked me for the notes I had written down. The nurses were also kind and listened well.
