I was extremely nervous because it was my first consultation, but they clearly and neatly explained exactly what I needed, so I was able to understand which treatment I truly needed. I do not want to compare, but other clinics sometimes explain things vaguely or as if everything is necessary, which can actually make choosing and deciding harder. The director's insight and expertise were a great help in telling me what I needed.
