First, this was the second hospital I went to. At the previous hospital, they didn’t say that the surgery itself was complicated, so I thought they’d say something similar, but here they said nose surgery is a longer operation than I expected. The director wasn’t especially rude! It wasn’t that, but he looked pretty stern and spoke a bit harshly, so I was slightly scared. And there is no CCTV in the operating room.
