I felt a little on edge during the consultation..? The director had a lot of charisma, so it felt a bit scary. The consultation was detailed and they looked at it naturally and well, but after seeing the reviews they all seemed pretty similar, so I don't think I'll do it here. Maybe because of the long experience, it felt like the consultation was done almost entirely by hand feel.
