During the consultation, I had mistrust because of various rumors and thought the director was fake, but before surgery, on the day of surgery, and during follow-up care, he was all much kinder than I expected, so I was very grateful. The staff were also all kinder than my first impression. They adjusted as much as possible to what I wanted and reflected it right away, which was good. There are limits in terms of shape.
