I had surgery on a large, high nose, and with no implant and no cartilage, the size of my nose shrank dramatically. Other hospitals recommended almost everything, including costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone, so I felt resistant to the idea of adding something to my big nose, and it wasn’t easy to decide on surgery. But they confidently said they would do it without adding anything, which gave me trust. There are a few things I’m a little disappointed about, but no surgery can be 100% perfect. If it hadn’t been this hospital, I don’t think I could have reduced such a big, high nose so naturally, so honestly I’m very satisfied.
