I made a reservation and still had to wait because there were so many people, about an hour. I consulted with the director after seeing the manager first, and she was fairly kind. The director felt a bit businesslike, but he was kind, and he even let me touch the silicone implants directly. He said bluntly that nostril reduction was unnecessary, so I felt like he only recommended the surgery that was actually needed. Overall, it was decent.
