I liked the consultation style where they didn't just do exactly what the patient wanted 100%, but also shared their own surgical experience and looked for a compromise. Still, they tried to match the shape I wanted as much as possible within what was feasible, and clearly told me what couldn't be done, so I trusted them. I had rhinoplasty before too, and the consultation style of clinic directors seems generally similar.
