The consultation went in this order: manager - director - manager, and before the consultation we had CT and photos taken, then proceeded with the consultation. Both of them were kind and spent a long time consulting with me. However, the manager spoke way too fast, like waaadaaaadaaa, so there are still parts I don't understand to this day.. I know they have their own know-how from consulting for a long time, but from the patient's point of view it was too much to keep up with that speed and level of understanding.. The director was very good at pointing out, one by one, what could and couldn't be done, so I actually trusted them more
