The surgery took a total of 9 hours, and I trusted it because it was a well-known nose hospital, so I went ahead right away. But one year after the nose surgery, the silicone slid down, pierced the ear cartilage, and caused inflammation. I was generally satisfied with the nose tip and bridge surgery, but 1 year and 1 month later I got inflammation and am having revision surgery at another hospital. Since this hospital is already gone, I can't get any aftercare, and my surgery was silicone + ear cartilage, but they even used donated rib cartilage. I wonder how the contour turned out, I'm worried.
