Before I went for a consultation, when I asked by inquiry they said it would be hard to consult directly with the doctor and that I could only consult with the consultation manager, but once I actually went there, I was able to have a relaxed consultation with the doctor...(?). I went in for double eyelid surgery consultation, and the doctor was kind and seemed to explain things carefully. The consultation manager was kind too, but gave off the feeling of being thirsty for customers...? They repeatedly pushed me to book right away, saying I’d get a discount if I made a reservation immediately. The other staff were all kind, but the staff member at the payment desk ignored me no matter what I asked. I was really flustered by that staff member.
