It is factory-style, but they can also treat you with a designated doctor. The doctors are fairly kind and seem professional. Satisfaction after procedures is not bad either. Above all, when I want to proceed without a consultation, if I say I only want to pay and receive the procedure without consultation, they let me do that. I think that is the best part. The greatest advantage is being able to communicate only through KakaoTalk and receive procedures without unnecessary sales pressure. One downside is that they offer large discounts on inexpensive procedures, but high-priced treatments such as Ultherapy, Thermage, and Titanium do not seem to get much discount, which makes it seem they heavily target overseas clients. Koreans would probably do well to get minor procedures or inexpensive lifting treatments here. I often go to get Botox, Shurink, or InMode. Appointments and consultations are fast, and they are kind; it is good.
