When I first went for a consultation, there were many middle-aged women coming in for procedures, so I did not expect much from a plastic-surgery clinic. But the consultants were just appropriately kind, and the doctor designs things to fit your needs as much as possible without excessive recommendations. I wanted medial canthoplasty, but they seem to avoid doing canthoplasty whenever possible. Honestly, when they first marked it out, I worried it would become a sausage-like crease, but I trusted them and left it to them, and I got exactly the crease I wanted. They seem good at semi-out creases. There was not really any follow-up care; I think they monitored me until about one month post-op, and the doctor seemed to have a bit of pride. They also seem to have clear standards of their own.
