I was disappointed that a different doctor performed my hair removal at each visit, but since it was simple laser hair removal, I do not think it was a major issue. As I recall, there was no waiting time and booking was convenient. I could also receive reminder texts/calls in advance, and they accommodated my schedule as much as possible. The staff were kind as well. The facility was clean and comfortable. I completed 10 sessions, the hair-removal effect was good, and now I consistently use a home device
