I received consultations for my eyes and nose, and only had eye surgery about ten years ago. Looking back, my eyes were suitable for non-incisional double-eyelid surgery, but I was told I had to have an incisional procedure, so I did. It seems the doctor was simply more familiar with incisional surgery. The cost was much higher than at other clinics, but at the time I had it done there as if I were under a spell. They set my double-eyelid height too low, so I eventually had revision surgery at another clinic. Setting the double-eyelids too high is harder to correct, so in that sense I avoided the worst outcome, but it is regrettable that I had to spend money twice and go through revision surgery.
