Two days ago, they suddenly said my consultation time had changed because the surgeon had surgery scheduled, so I hurriedly postponed my train time. After seeing reviews in this community, it seemed they were not good at keeping appointments, so I repeatedly asked by chat whether the consultation could definitely happen at that time that day, and received confirmation again. I took an early-morning train, spending 100,000 won round trip and around 40,000 won on taxis, and after arriving waited about an hour before following the consultant into the consultation room.
