It has been several years since my surgery, but I am only posting this review now. It was okay at first, but despite having surgery using donor rib cartilage, the nasal tip gradually drooped. Within one or two years, it drooped so much that a step-off developed between the nasal tip and silicone portion, even creating a depression. It is worse now. Honestly, I did not want revision surgery, and the director had moved elsewhere, so I was going to just live with it. But lately it bothers and stresses me out so much that I am looking into revision surgery. This is different from simply feeling like the nose is drooping. It feels as though the supporting part was not firmly fixed, T_T.
