First of all, the doctor was extremely kind. They explained even the basic knowledge about nose surgery while drawing it on paper, and communication went smoothly when I showed photos of what I wanted. Many other clinics recommended osteotomy, which had me deliberating, but here they immediately said osteotomy was not necessary, and I liked that. They said they would adjust the angle using septal cartilage, then fill the step-off with ear cartilage and dermis. I have heard that dermis is absorbed substantially, so that worries me, but they seem to operate in a safety-oriented way. The nose they showed me in the 3D simulation matches my preferred style, so I am considering surgery. The price was reduced quite a lot if you booked on the same day under the event promotion.
