Instead of seeing the coordinators first during the consultation, I consulted directly with the director first. They let me ask everything I did not know and answered every question kindly. The director also seems very knowledgeable about eyes. I especially went for revision surgery, and I had suffered a lot because of the doctor who did my first surgery, so I was very worried about revision surgery too. But they were extremely kind and answered well, so I simply decided to have the surgery. I think the result achieved nearly all that could be expected from revision surgery. I wonder what it would have been like if I had gotten my first surgery here... It is regrettable.
