The doctor's aesthetic sense seems excellent, so after looking at numerous reviews and before-and-after photos, I felt I could trust them with my surgery. Rather than an overly glamorous look, they seem to create pretty lines that naturally suit the face, which seems to match the style I want well. I especially liked that they seem to design with the overall facial harmony and impression in mind, rather than making only the nose stand out. However, since this would be my first rhinoplasty, I feel somewhat burdened and worried about using autologous costal cartilage from the outset, so I am deliberating. I would like to hear a full explanation during the consultation and decide whether autologous costal cartilage is truly necessary and whether the shape I want is possible with other materials. Since it is my first surgery, I seem to be more cautious about choosing materials. I really like the doctor's surgical style itself, so if the material issue is settled well, I am considering surgery positively.
