The director has a great aesthetic sense. They know how to assess overall facial balance and tend to pinpoint exactly what you are deliberating over. They approach surgery with meticulous craftsmanship, stitch by stitch. It has been three years since I had surgery here, and nothing has particularly sagged. If you ask to have it shaved down to the brink of death, they will do it within what is possible.
