Neither the consultation manager nor the director was unfriendly, but both were rather dry. The consultation ended very quickly. The clinic was large and seemed very busy. Rather than reflecting my desired crease line or eye shape, the director seemed to have strong personal preferences. There was no recommendation for additional procedures.
