I visited because this place kept being mentioned for eye surgery. It was unusual in that the consultant tried shaping the eyelid crease first, and the director was very kind. They explained things thoroughly from a medical perspective and did not seem to favor excessive surgery. I did not love the crease they shaped for me, but this was the only place that suggested trying partial-incision surgery. They seemed confident, saying fat repositioning rather than fat grafting could also be effective.
