I had an appointment initially, but waited over an hour. They said an acquaintance had the same experience and that if I told the staff, they would let me in quickly, so when I said something, they finally let me in. I received laser hair removal; the female doctor was thorough and worked slowly, but the male doctor was far too cursory, so it was better to receive it from the female doctor. The staff were quite moody. They were kind when in a good mood, but on bad days it showed far too much. The treatment effect, though,
