What I liked here was that the consultation was led by the surgeon. They explained my nasal structure in detail while looking at the CT scan and even provided virtual surgery imaging. Since this would be my first rhinoplasty, I naturally thought I would need an implant, but after the consultation, they said my nasal bridge was not low and that implant-free surgery would be entirely possible. Honestly, before the consultation I thought an implant-free procedure would produce little change, but after hearing the explanation directly and seeing the virtual surgery imaging
