I’m the type of person who usually gives 5 stars for almost every review and rating, but because of this absurd consultation experience, I’m leaving a review I normally wouldn’t even bother writing! I went for a consultation in July after booking, and unfortunately the consultation manager here was terrible! First, I was exactly 3 minutes late for my appointment! I told the clinic 5 minutes before the appointment that I’d be a little late, and they said okay, so I thought it would be fine! But for the crime of being 3 minutes late, they told me to wait an hour and a half! There was only one other person waiting, so I felt like the staff was doing it on purpose! The manager came out and called me in, then said that if my friend also went into the consultation, it would be 10,000 won extra for the consultation fee? I said why should I pay if I’m not even going to consult, and they said okay! (Seemed obsessed with 10,000 won) The last part was the best! When I asked if I could leave without getting the parking validation stamp, they said we had to pay the parking fee! Of course I’m the one paying the parking fee, but I was explaining that they might want proof that I came here from downstairs! (Seemed obsessed with a few thousand won) They seemed to have a strange talent for making people feel bad! I was interested in the nose and under-eye area, and since the director here specializes in those two, I deliberately went, but after seeing the manager’s behavior I felt that if I had surgery here something bad would happen, so I was really disappointed!
