I booked a weekday daytime appointment and went, and since there were no people around they took my CT right away without any waiting. The consultation went in the order of manager-doctor-manager while looking at the CT, and it seemed like the total consultation time was about an hour. Both the doctor and the manager were so kind, easygoing, and just really great. Because I have a hooked nose, they recommended going without an implant. I wanted to raise the bridge between my eyes, but they said bluntly that if I had surgery without an implant, I'd have to give that up. So the overall consultation moved in the direction of a non-implant surgery. The doctor said we should use septal cartilage plus ear cartilage, but I said I wanted donated rib cartilage. They said the anesthesia would be sleep plus local anesthesia, and after surgery I'd need to come back on days 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14. The manager did pressure me a bit about the deposit. They seem to take aftercare seriously for a first surgery, so I left a deposit. Still, I never expected that even for my first surgery it would go well over 6 million won. It's expensive.
