Doctor friendliness: Seemed kind, but when the doctor's opinion and my opinion differed, there was also a firm side to him.. Consultation expertise: They took a photo of me, attached a small printout of my photo to the paper, and wrote notes beside the consultation content while talking. If I asked questions, they explained things well..
