The director gave me the kind of consultation I had only heard about, like a PPT presentation. While looking at the slides, he explained the skeletal support structure and why autologous costal cartilage has to be used. But the first surgery cost needs to be around 9 million to 10 million won, so I'm thinking about it. I can tell they focus on surgery that much, but for a first surgery the price is too high, so I'm torn. Still, the director seems highly professional and strongly feels like he really wants to do a good job. But the overall procedure reviews here are so flashy, and the talk that for a first surgery it isn't autologous costal cartilage is making me hesitate.
