I went for a consultation after waiting a year, but I was disappointed that the consultation ended much more lightly and dryly than I expected. In particular, the doctor didn't seem especially curious about my desired look, and it felt like a consultation that only explained which parts should be modified to fit the doctor's own aesthetic.
