In the end it was a total flop, and I had it removed at a removal-specialist clinic in Gangnam. I went to several places for removal consultations, and they said it had been done in an old-fashioned, nonstandard way. They only made it high and pointy without considering facial proportions, so my nose became long, the ear cartilage showed through, it looked like Pinocchio’s nose, the midface looked way longer, the nose got smaller and threw off all my facial proportions, and they overharvested ear cartilage, causing ear deformity, discoloration, and severe scarring. They showed me the removal photos, and my goodness, they had stacked three layers of ear cartilage. The doctor who removed it also said a lot had been put in.. They made my nostrils into totally straight 11-shaped outlet nostrils and even left a columellar scar.. Maybe they had some conscience, because they said they’d remove it without charging me, but I didn’t trust them, so I had the surgery done at a removal-specialist clinic. Please research carefully before choosing.
