This has nothing to do with anything else, but the consultation manager was unbelievably, unbelievably rude and incredibly annoying.... In my long and varied life of plastic surgery clinics, I’ve met all kinds of doctors and consultation managers, but this is the first time I’ve met a consultation manager who was this rude and made me feel this bad....; It felt like, “Do it if you want, or get lost quickly if you don’t”? I was extremely flustered..... I was so upset by the consultation manager’s behavior that I almost didn’t go through with the procedure, but since I was going to do it anyway, I went ahead and did it;; It seems like the kind of consultation manager who ruins the clinic... The director was kind and answered my questions honestly. In the end, I had a non-incisional philtrum reduction, and they said as long as it doesn’t come apart it lasts 6 months to 1 year, but that’s also vague... It seems like it might just come apart quickly, I don’t know... For now, it’s definitely the rudest clinic in my entire life. Even when I called after the surgery about something, they were still rude;;
