The director has a very charismatic style, but I didn't really feel he was unfriendly. Sometimes he gives a slight grin, and it's kind of cute lololol. If anything, the consultation manager was a bit off-putting lol.. I showed the photo I wanted, and they said it could be done right away, which made me trust them more. The surgery time was 1 hour 30 minutes, the shortest among the hospitals I visited. Given the director's personality, I don't think aftercare or post-op handling would be much of an issue (f
