The director has a style of explaining only the necessary parts neatly. I liked that he boldly told me what was unnecessary. The consultation manager was also among the kinder ones I have seen at hospitals I have visited. She explained the surgical process, showed before-and-after photos well, and answered questions well. The cost ended up being higher than I had expected! I think it may have been because instead of the under-eye fat grafting I had originally thought of, she recommended under-eye contouring. The manager and the director both check the estimate, but I liked that after the manager checked it, they said it could differ a bit from what the director says, so to take it only as a reference.
