It has been 6 months since surgery at another place. They said to watch the mucosal condition for about 2 to 3 months. My nose is a case where the bridge is high because of a hump and the tip has dropped. 1. Opposed to rib cartilage injection: the bridge will look puffy 2. Opposed to silicone: it will be too high 3. They said that just raising the tip and bridge with rib cartilage will be enough 4. Because my nose has some length, making it too high will make it look even longer 5. They said they would make it as slim as possible 6. They said they would block the perforation
