Overall, the style is very natural and strongly safety-oriented. Because of that, they try to minimize future trends and variables caused by potential problems rather than doing anything excessive. So this is not the type of place that recommends autologous costal cartilage. The director was extremely kind and showed me the expected scenarios based on the CT.
