I did not exercise separately and just controlled my food intake to manage my weight, but my upper arms kept spreading and would not slim down T_T The bulge near my armpit when I bent my arm was seriously so annoying.. I also tried working out at home, but it did not have any real effect lol I mostly just browsed reviews, and after seeing many posts saying they had only injected the upper arms, I got a consultation while looking for an injection with no side effects. The manager said there were no steroids or PPC ingredients, so there was nothing to worry about in terms of side effects
