I liked that consultations here are led by the director. They explained the nose structure in detail while looking at the CT, and they even did a virtual surgery simulation. Since this was my first nose surgery, I naturally thought I would need an implant, but after the consultation they said that because my nasal bridge is not especially low, it would be possible without an implant. Honestly, before the consultation I thought there would not be much change without an implant, but after hearing the explanation and seeing the simulation, the difference did not seem as big as I expected. After the consultation I became much more inclined toward the no-implant option, and even though it is my first surgery, I came to think that no-implant surgery would not be bad.
