I had Wonder canthoplasty, and for the first few months my eyes looked longer, so I was happy, but before I knew it, they had completely stuck back together. I even got aftercare, but they still stuck together. The only thing I can think of as a small relief is that it did not become a D-shape, so that is fortunate. And right after the surgery, for 1 to 2 weeks, the part fixed behind the eye became completely sunken in (probably because of the thread fixed inside), which made me so, so anxious. Thankfully that part returned. Also, because of the nature of the surgery, it was done under local anesthesia, so I had to feel the whole surgical process fully with my eyes open, and in the middle of it I could not blink or move my eyes at all, which was so, so scary. For that reason alone, I do not think I can ever do it again
