I had all of my philtrum and mouth-corner surgeries done here. This time I also had revision surgery, but the revision failed. It doesn't seem like it's the doctor's or the hospital's fault, but rather that this surgery itself is just very hard to do well. Since the lower lip wasn't cut during the surgery, the lips end up looking like they're making an O shape, and the mouth corners don't look slim but puffy, so they aren't pretty. Every time I open my mouth, the scars stitched on both sides seem to move separately, and I really can't stand my bare face now. It wasn't like this when I had the mouth-corner surgery before, but lately, when I look closely at my face...
