The director kept recommending an areolar incision. I really didn't want that, but they kept saying I absolutely had to do it because it had sagged, or that otherwise the breast protrusion would get worse, and so on. I ended up just passing on this place. Ugh... it wasn't even that saggy, but they kept adding all kinds of things and it made me so uncomfortable. Does that mean they're not confident without an areolar incision?? Or that they haven't really done it?? I wasn't sure. So if I actually went ahead, I think I'd end up arguing with the doctor about the scar, so I just decided not to do it.
