I got protruding ear surgery here. Only one side was asymmetrical, and even to someone like me who doesn't know much, it didn't seem like the surgery would be easy, but it really ended up with the symmetry matched so well. People with asymmetrical ears will understand, but it's so stressful to hide your ear and plan where you sit so only one side of your face shows because you don't want your ears visible anywhere. If I had known it could be solved this well in one surgery, I would have gotten it sooner lol It feels a bit pointless too
