First of all, the inside of the clinic feels like a neighborhood dermatology clinic.. It has a comfortable atmosphere. The director is kind. But they said they would show me the post-surgery look with a machine, but it was not very accurate, so they did not show it. Once you go in for consultation, the vibe is that they mark a few lines and recommend options. I think what they recommended was appropriate. The consultation coordinator seems kind too, but... hmm... like other places, there seems to be some pressure to book. Looking at other reviews, swelling
